Hello friends, In this article I will discuss you the volume of one bag many students they have problem that what is the standard volume of one cement bag, so here with proof you can know about volume of one bag cement lets get start.

What is the Volume of One Bag Cement ?

a) 0.025 cu.m

b) 0.067 cu.m

c) 0.035 cu.m

d) 0.060 cu.m

The Correct Answer is ( C ) 0.035




We know that:

Density of Cement  = 1440 kg/m3

Weight of one bag Cement is  = 50 kg

 

Proof of Answer :

standard density of 1 cement bag is equal to 1440 kg/m3.

Density = mass/volume (ρ=m/V)

So,

V=m/ρ 50 kg ÷ 1440 kg/m3 = 0.0347 m3 = 1.23 CFT.

Or apply the given formula:

 Unit weight of the bag is 50 kgs




Density of cement in loose condition is 1440 kgs/cum

So, the volume of cement bag would = 50/1440 = 0.0347 cum  so Say  that  0.035 cum
